Local Federation Organizations
Jewish Federations are independent local charities, one per city or region, that raise and allocate money in their own community. There is no national student grant — each federation sets its own priorities, and the one covering your campus is the one to ask.

What the application asks for
- Find your federation and ask who handles campus, student, or young adult programming
- Ask directly whether they have a grant cycle, a discretionary fund, or neither — many do not publish this
- Event plan, budget, expected attendance, and who else is co-sponsoring
- Be ready to name the organization that would receive the money
After the event — what you owe them
- Reporting requirements are set by each federation; ask what they expect before you spend
- Expect to acknowledge the federation in your promotion, as most funders require
